Napa Valley Home Inspections: I have a bachelors degree in economics and geography which in the real world applies to urban design and development. I could never see myself as a city planner so I went into real estate back in the 80's and 90's. I have been actively doing home renovations, commercial redevelopment, condo conversions. Today I try to stick to advising clients on the condition of homes or commercial property when they are considering a purchase or renovation. Knowing in advance what you are up against is the difference between winning and losing at real estate. With 25 years of experience in buying, selling, developing and playing landlord I can be that added voice of reason that either justifies a deal or keeps you out of a nighhtmare. Today I run a locally owned and operated company with a commitment to complete home inspections and home energy audits (think PG&E). I hold the designation of "Certified Profesional inspector" CPI and have extensive training in the various state and national building codes as well as the advanced training offered by PG&E in California for energy audits.
